Rinse out the curds with some water. You want to make sure that the mixture does not contain any heavy acids. Use a gentle but powerful rinse to rinse out all the leftover nutrients from the curds. You may find that the flavour in the rinse is a little strong for some people, but if it suits your taste, then just use a mild shampoo to rinse out the residue.

The curds that you purchase in the stores may be in a container that looks like a bottle of yoghurt, but they are actually the concentrated and processed curds that you would purchase in the store. There are many benefits to utilizing this type of curds for hair health.

The curds will contain live cultures, which are beneficial for your scalp and will make it stronger and healthier. The curds will also contain probiotics that are good for your digestion system. You will notice that after using the curds as part of your hair care regime, you will not see the shine come back into your hair immediately, but over time you will.

After rinsing with water, you can apply a deep conditioning treatment to your hair using a natural oil or organic conditioner. For best results, you should always use a mild shampoo and never use a commercial conditioner. This will allow your scalp to absorb the moisture effectively without over-drying your scalp. In between treatments you should rinse your hair thoroughly to remove all traces of the curds and yoghurt from your scalp.

Some people believe that eating yoghurt will help reduce hair fall, but there has been no scientific proof that this will happen. However, there is a slight reduction of sebum on the skin when eating yoghurt. Sebum is the natural oil in our skin that provides moisture and helps protect it from bacteria and fungus growth. It also works to provide nutrients to the hair follicles so that they will grow strong and healthy.

When using a mask, it is important to apply the mask evenly and smoothly. The best way to apply a mask is to put a small amount on your palm and then rub your hands together before applying it to your hair. If you have dry hair, it is easier to spread the mask without the extra grip of your fingers. If you have oily hair, you will want to use a finger massage to spread the mask evenly.

The last step in your hair care routine is to rinse out the mask. To do this you need to take a tablespoon of each of sour curds and mix them together until they become a smooth paste. Now you can use a strainer to strain the paste and pour it into a small bowl, adding one teaspoon of each sea salt solution into the mixture until the salt levels are about two-thirds of the way through the mask. This will make a thick paste that you can pour into a large plastic container and refrigerate for at least two weeks before use.
