Cereals, legumes and pulses are the most common types of food from plants. We have been eating cereals and pulses for thousands of years. Seeds have also been food from plants for millions of years. Seeds have always been eaten by humans. They are not special to us; they are just food that plants produce.

So which foods from plants can we eat? Plants have many uses. They make food (seeds) that we eat. Plants can be eaten by animals, just as animals can eat seeds. Birds can eat plants, just as mammals can eat seeds.

We can eat a variety of foods from plants. It is easy to get different parts. For example, you might eat beans instead of beef every day. Or you might eat apples instead of potato chips. This is because beans and apples are both edible plant products. There are many ways that plants can be digested, and there are many different parts of plants that can be eaten.

Humans need certain nutrients more than animals. These nutrients are found in roots. Many plants don’t have very many roots. This lack of roots makes it difficult to get food from the roots.

Also, plants that are fruit-based contain fewer nutrients than plants that are plant-based. Also, plants that contain a lot of starch have been eaten more often than plants that have no starch at all. This is because the starch molecules in these foods take up less space in the intestine, leaving less room for nutrients.

The good news is that if you want to eat more animal foods or have a vegetarian diet, you can do it. All you need to do is to eat the right kinds of foods. Eat foods that have a lot of fibre. Eat foods that are whole, rather than processed.

Some plants have tubers, or hollow stems, instead of leaves and stems. You can find these in broccoli, carrots, radishes, onions, turnips, garlic, parsley and more. By cooking the stems of these plants, or cooking the roots as well, you can eat these tubers as well.

In addition to fruits and vegetables, there are many kinds of seeds and nuts that you can eat. For example, there are peanuts and almonds and walnuts. You can eat sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, safflower oil and sesame seeds as well. There are many kinds of nuts, and oils, that come from plants. You can eat them in whole form, ground, or mixed with water.

Many grains are made from plants, too. These include wheat, oats, rice and barley. You can eat any of these or any combination of these that you like. There are many different kinds of bread, and cereals, that you can eat. The cereals are usually made from corn, wheat, flaxseed or soy.

If you are looking for high-quality food, meat should be included. It is important that you select vegetarian foods that are free from harmful chemicals and pesticides, and that is not diseased.

You can prepare your own meals with fruits and vegetables or make a whole variety of foods by mixing beans and meat together. You can make a hearty meal out of peas and beans, and some greens, such as spinach and broccoli, with a cream of tomato soup on the side. This will keep you from getting bored and give you plenty of healthy, nutritious food. You can get your whole family involved in preparing meals, which makes it even more fun!
