How to Use Glycerine for Skin Care ?

Glycerine is the best and oldest ingredient that is used for skincare. It is an excellent moisturizer for skin and also helps to maintain the Ph balance of your skin.

It is also known as gylcol, it is liquid. You can use glycerine rather than using creams or balms. It is natural and safe.

Glycerine for Dry Skin

It is the best moisturizer for the skin. If your skin is dry then you can use glycerine daily to keep it hydrated and fresh.

Anti Fungal

It has some healing properties which help to treat skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It is like natural medicine.

Dead Skin Removals

It removes the dead skin cells from the skin and helps in the generation of new skin cells, which giving you healthy and clear skin.

Maintain PH Balance

It minimizes the water loss in your skin which happens due to evaporation. It makes a moisture layer on your skin that protects from harmful UV rays and keep healthy, hydrated, and glowing skin. You can use it in winter to maintain the PH balance of your skin.

Glycerine Recipes

Night Moisture

Just take 50 ml of Glycerine and rose water in a bowl and mix it. Keep this mixture in an air-tight jar. When you want to use this then dip cotton in the mixture and apply it to the skin. Leave this mixture overnight and wash your face the next morning.

Hand Moisturiser

Mix 2 tbs of honey, glycerine, oatmeal in a bowl and make a thick paste. You can apply this mixture to your hands and allow it to dry.

Skin Cleanser and Softener

Mix 2 tsp of sugar, glycerine, 2 drops lavender oil, 1 tsp salt, and half lemon juice in a bowl. Apply this onto damp skin and wait until dry.

Cracked Heel Healer

The cracked heel gives pain sometimes and not good looking. You can use glycerine on your heel or mix it with sesame seed oil, it gives relief from the painful cracked heel.

Anti-Acne Treatment

Take 1 tsp glycerine, Multani Mitti, witch-hazel, and a pinch of camphor in a bowl, mix it properly. Apply this mixture on the skin and leave it until dry.
