Onion with Honey

Take a 1 tablespoon onion juice in a cup and add 2 tbsp of honey, and consume it. It helps to reduce your blood pressure.

Juice

Drink juice twice a day.

Grapes are also one of the most helpful ingredients. Its vitamin helps in toning the blood vessels.

Ginger with honey and Cumin Powder

Mix 1 tsp of ginger juice with 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp cumin powder and consume it twice a day for treating High BP.
